Google is a very powerful search engine used by billions of people Daily. The rank of your website in the Google's index does matter a lot. You can a get a great lot of traffic if your website is highly ranked by Google. But getting good ranks is never easy as only Google knows the correct algorithm they use for calculating these search engine ranks. But in common they consider some factors like quality content, quality backlinks, and the keyword optimization.
